Lorena Bernal was born in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina. She grew up in Spain and in France, where she attended the Lycée Francais school, and began her artistic career at the age of 7.

She started in fashion, parading in the best national catwalks, and advertising, working for well-known firms both Spanish and French, like Lois or Quicksilver.

She won several awards as a young model but always felt acting as her main passion.

She began studying drama in San Sebastian, Spain, at the age of 11, at CSD School of Acting and Dubbing, which led her to make her first steps in the world of acting at an early age.

At 17 she won the Miss Spain beauty and talent contest, from which began a prolific national and international profesional career in television and film

She has starred in Films and in several television series in Spain, which also found impact internationally, highlighting the Latin American market, like Luna Negra, El Secreto, Aida or Paraíso. Also hosted several TV Shows and special Galas at the main Spanish TV channels.

Her big international acting opportunity came from the films The Deal and Clean Break, where she performed in English surrounded by great American casts and crews. After that she moved to Los Angeles and has starred in international acclaimed television shows like CSI:Miami or Chuck.

Currently she lives between the United States and Spain, where she continues the development of her acting career and the UK, where she has been living for several years by her husband and professional soccer player, now coach, Mikel Arteta.
